  • How early in advance do I need to book?

    For any service we provide, we ask that we have a 2 week notice. We understand things come up last minute, so reach out if you have an inquiry and we can set something up.

    Whatever need you have, we will try our best to accommodate your needs.

  • Cooking Classes are booked up! What do I do?

    We post new classes every few months. The best way to stay up to date is joining our mailing list (at bottom of page). You will get weekly emails with announcements about new classes when they're scheduled.

    Another way to get into the class is joining our waitlist (here's the link). We will let you know when we have an opening for the classes. The waitlist is great for if you are wanting to get into one of the classes that are already listed. However if you are waiting to see the new classes, then I would just join the mailing list.

  • I have a Gift Certificate, but the classes are full!

    Our Gift certificates are always good for a year. If for some reason you can’t get into a class, let us know and we can figure it out together. Another great way to use them is to sign up for the waitlist if you would like to attend a class that you see is full, because we always try to open more classes and get people into the new dates. Or you are welcome to wait till we release more classes, but there is no guarantee that they will get into the new classes.

    I suggest joining the waitlist once you give them the gift certificate and letting us know which class they are interested in.

  • Is there a service charge or gratuity?

    At Reto’s Kitchen, we do not have a service charge on any of our services. We believe that you should be receive to get elegant food and service for a reasonable price.

    While we do not require a gratuity, our staff works hard to exceed your expectations, and gratuities are always appreciated.
