Chris Clegg is the man with all the answers, A.K.A. the Service Manager. He sometimes caters, but most of the time he is answering all of your questions. Chris is passionate about food, wine, and hospitality. He is also the tallest person on staff.
Meg Brown is a recent UNCG graduate from the Sustainable Tourism and Hospitality Department. She has quickly become known as Meggles. She works closely with Chris Clegg in the Office helping him answer all your questions. One day she will take his job over...watch out Chris.
Deonna Kelli Sayed is the mistress of marketing. When she is not in the office or catering, she is seen at many literary events in Greensboro, and beyond. It is not unusual for Deonna to be in the local paper, or preparing a TEDx talk. She gets around.
Brandy Sears is a graduate of GTCC's Culinary School. She has over 30 years of experience. She will always have an answer for you, but you never know what will come out of her mouth...BE READY! She is full of fun surprises.
Jackie Middlebrook has a knack for hospitality and loves cooking, eating and putter her creativity to work. Her side job is simply being kind. She is the "Hugger" of the kitchen at work. She IS MacGyver!
Jake Linkous is the tall guy in the Doc Martens. He has beautiful hair but is forbidden to show it, per the Health Department. Jake is Reto's nephew, checking the "local family-operated" box...He loves to learn more about food whether he is in the kitchen or out catering.
Elizabeth Shaw stopped by to help with Furniture Market. We liked her so much we decided to keep her on the team. She brings a new and fun warmth to the kitchen. She learns new things each and every day here at Reto's Kitchen.
Erin is our pastry chef! She has an Associates Degree in Baking & Pastry Arts from Johnson and Wales University. She interned in Charlotte with Bank of America's Executive Pastry Chef. While she loves baking the sweet stuff, she secretly longs to cook all the meat.
