(Fridays until 1 pm, with Parent Dessert & Graduation Reception from 1 pm - 2 pm)
$400 per child | Ages 11-15

Each year, Chef Reto welcomes students from the Triad, to his yearly Junior Chef Summer Cooking Camps. Students spend a week learning basic kitchen skills, how to cook food from all around the world, and the links between food, culture and sustainability.
Chef Reto Biaggi not only teaches students the art and functionality of cooking; he and his team empower campers with basic kitchen safety knowledge, as well as educational activities like menu planning and budgeting.
